This modern concrete house in Brazil was recently completed by São Paulo-based RMAA. This amazing property is on a slope and faces north for the best views, while it also borders a beautiful indigenous forest near Bragança Paulista.
This concrete house in Brazil is divided in two separate zones. The first zone, the base level, is meant to be used for daytime, while the upper level (second zone) is supposed to be occupied during the night.
The LG Residence’s ground floor is designed with an open concept on every room. This level and the outside area are fully connected, which includes a private garden and swimming pool.
On the lower lever there’s a kitchen, a guest room and various leisure areas. On the terrace, there are slender metal columns supporting the double ceiling, showing two separate levels in a gorgeous way.
A wooden grate with a view of the forest protects the terrace from too much sun in the morning.
On the upper floor you can find the family unit, which functions almost separately to the apartment. containing a living room, kitchen and several bedrooms to be enjoyed when the sun goes down for the day.
